For the Consumer, our Membership Directory is a great place to find a local REALTOR® and information about REALTORS®. There's a list of Affiliate Members too, which includes Lenders and Title Companies in our area. You'll also find information on current interest rates and useful financial calculators, all under the "Consumer Info" button. All the information is accurate and up-to-date.

If you're considering a career in Real Estate, the "NSCAR Membership" button will be very helpful. It explains the type of Memberships and the benefits of being a Member, which includes Membership in our local Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
